Men Charged For Sexual Assault In Mount Vernon Restaurant
Detectives made arrests over the weekend after a juvenile girl said she'd been assaulted in May.

MOUNT VERNON, VA — Detectives have arrested and charged two men for the sexual assault of a juvenile girl in Mount Vernon.
The assault happened at the Wingstop at 8723 Cooper Road on May 16, according to Fairfax County Police. The investigation began when the victim reported the assault to her family.
Sex Crimes Detectives believe the victim encountered two men during the assault. The investigation led to the identification and arrests of Andrew Collins, 22, and Kevin Caldwell, 21, of no fixed address.

Police arrested Collins Saturday, July 27, in Arlington County and charged him with animate object penetration. Caldwell was arrested the following night in Fairfax County and charged with forcible sodomy. Both were taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and are being held without bond.
