Missing Adult Sought In Hybla Valley: Police
A missing man was last seen Monday night in the Hybla Valley area, according to Fairfax County Police.
HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police are searching for an endangered missing man in Hybla Valley.
Javier Zelaya, 56, was last seen around 8:50 p.m. Monday leaving the 3300 block of Sparrow Drive in Hybla Valley. He is considered endangered due to physical or mental health concerns. The Fairfax County Police Department's search and rescue is being assisted by the Virginia Department of Emergency Management to find Zelaya.
Zelaya is described as 5 foot 7 and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue shirt, tan pants, black and white sandals. Zelaya only speaks Spanish.
