New Year's Millionaire Raffle $1M Ticket Bought In Belle Haven

One of four tickets with a $1 million prize was bought at the Belle View Shopping Center, according to the Virginia Lottery.

BELLE HAVEN, VA — One lucky person who bought a Virginia’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle in Belle Haven is a $1 million winner, according to the Virginia Lottery.

The Virginia Lottery announced four winners of the $1 million prize for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle. Tickets for this lottery game were limited; 500,000 tickets were sold across Virginia from Nov. 2 to Dec. 21.

Aside from the four $1 million winners, there were six $100,000 winners and 500 winners of $500.
