Old Navy Comes To Mount Vernon Plaza

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Clothing retailer Old Navy opened in early August at the Mount Vernon Plaza shopping center, replacing the former Pier 1 Imports store. The store is located at 7684 Richmond Highway, Suite 9, next to Navy Federal Credit Union and Five Below.

Old Navy, owned by Gap, Inc., sells clothing and accessories for men, women and children. Along with in-store purchases, this location offers curbside and in-store pickup.Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

This is Old Navy's first store in the Richmond Highway corridor. Before the store opened, the closest locations were in Springfield and Alexandria's Potomac Yard.

The shopping center, owned by Federal Realty, has other national retailers like DSW, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Michaels along with a number of small businesses. Pier 1 closed this year after the company filed for bankruptcy.
