Park At North Hill Development In Hybla Valley Set To Open
After the North Hill apartment and townhouse community opened, a new 12-acre park is preparing to open.

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — After the North Hill affordable housing and market-rate townhouse community opened this summer in Hybla Valley, a new park has joined it.
The Fairfax County Park Authority announced the North Hill Park will have a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16. The 12-acre park, which opened earlier this summer, is located at 230 Nightingale Hill Lane, Alexandria, VA.
North Hill, a formerly vacant site at the Richmond Highway and Dart Drive, was developed into affordable and market-rate housing after decades of planning. The land had previously been home to the Woodley-Nightingale Mobile Home Park before the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority purchased it in 1981. Part of the land became the Woodley Hills Estates mobile home community, while the remainder became the Residences at North Hill development.
