Police Arrest Alleged 'Peeper' Suspect in 22307

Residents were concerned and contacted police commanders, who met with the residents of the area, police said.

Fairfax County Police said Thursday they have charged a 32-year-old man in connection to “peeping” incidents that took place last summer in the 6700 block of West Wakefield Drive (see map below).

A resident reported someone peeping into her windows and masturbating on July 16 and August 9, according to police. She contacted police. Responding officers collected evidence from the scene. Another victim in the same area reported a similar incident on August 22, police said.

Months later, after evidence analysis was complete, a suspect was located and questioned. Geoffrey Harley was arrested at his home in the 6600 block of Wakefield Drive and charged with two counts of peeping into a dwelling and two counts of manipulated masturbation on Dec. 8, according to police.
