Police Charge Man for Illegally Filming Victims' Buttocks Area While Shopping

Fairfax County Police have charged a man with illegally filming peoples’ buttocks area while they were shopping last week at a store on Richmond Highway, police said.

The incident took place last Thursday night at about 10:22 p.m., in the 7900 block of Richmond Highway, police said. The victims were in a department store shopping and were approached by a man, according to police.

The man was allegedly taking pictures of the victims’ buttocks area, police said. Officers located the suspect and arrested him.

Brave Henderson, 39, of Alexandria was charged with filming/videotaping non-consenting persons and providing false identification to law enforcement.
