Police ID Suspect in Hybla Valley Homicide

Fairfax County Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect police say is wanted in a Nov. 18 Hybla Valley homicide.

Andre Curtis Wilkins, 21, of Waldorf, Maryland is a black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and around 170 pounds. At the time of this incident, Wilkins had long hair in dreadlocks and a slight mustache and beard, but he has since shaved off the dreadlocks.
Detectives identified the man who was killed as Marquel L. Davis, 21 of Audubon Avenue, in Hybla Valley.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has determined that the manner of death was homicide and that the cause was gunshot wounds to the torso and extremities.
