Police: Indecent Exposure at Area Restaurant

The incident took place Friday in the 6300 block of Richmond Highway. A woman was in a restaurant when a man exposed himself.
Police were called and the subject was arrested. James J. Sullivan, 75, of no fixed address, was charged with masturbation in public and indecent exposure.
