Rainbow Flag Taken From Fairfax County Church: Police
Fairfax County Police are investigating a rainbow flag taken from a church and a swastika on a home as two potential bias-related crimes.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA—Police are investigating two potential bias-related incidents in Fairfax County.
At Annandale's John Calvin Presbyterian Church, a rainbow flag was stolen between 9 p.m. on July 4 and 10 a.m. on July 5. Police do not have any suspects. The incident is currently classified as a larceny but could change to a bias-related incident once the suspect and motives are determined.
In Reston, a swastika was found painted on a home at the 11600 block of Hunters Green Court. The homeowner told police the incident could have happened between July 1 and July 6. (Sign up for real time alerts and a newsletter. iPhone users can download the Patch app in the App Store.)
