Richmond Highway Business Robbed at Gunpoint: Police

Fairfax County Police say a man robbed a local business at gunpoint Wednesday along Richmond Highway.

The commercial robbery took place in the 6200 block of Richmond Highway, Wednesday at about 3:35 p.m., police say.

A male suspect entered the business, brandished a gun and demanded money, according to police. The victim gave the suspect the cash from the business and the suspect fled on foot, according to FCPD.

The victim did not need medical attention.

The suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches in height, with a skinny build, wearing a dark shirt and pants, police said.
