Robber Sought After Huntington Metro Assault: Police

HUNTINGTON, VA — Fairfax County detectives are working to identify a suspect in a January robbery at the Huntington Metro station.

The robbery happened around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9 at the Metro station, 2501 Huntington Avenue. Police say the victim was walking near the station when he or she was assaulted. The suspect stole the victim's iPhone.

The suspect was described as a black man around 6 foot to 6 foot 4, 150 to 170 pounds and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a black jacket and blue jeans.
