Rowdy Man Hurls Objects At Moving Cars On Richmond Highway
Police used pepper spray to get the man into custody in Huntington.

Fairfax County Police have arrested a man they say caused a ruckus in traffic on Richmond Highway Tuesday, but it didn't come without a fight.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 6000 block of Richmond Highway in Huntington around 7:20 a.m. The man was found throwing objects at moving cars and running in and out of traffic. Police did not report any injuries.
The man reportedly ignored orders from officers to get down on the ground, prompting use of pepper spray and a baton. He was then taken into custody.

Steven Kindred, 31, of Springfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
