Senior Missing From Groveton Has Been Found
The missing man was considered endangered due to a cognitive impairment.

GROVETON, VA — Police have located a missing man from the Groveton area after a senior alert was issued.
Jose Rodriguez, 81, went missing around 6:45 a.m. on Monday in the 7000 block of Davis Street in Groveton. He suffers from a cognitive impairment, and his disappearance posed a risk to his safety, according to Fairfax County Police. Police say he was spotted at the Huntington Metro Station at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. On Wednesday, police said he had been located.
Rodriguez is described as 5 foot 9 and 180 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing dark slacks, a black t-shirt and black shoes.
