Missing Senior In Lincolnia Area Found: Police
Fairfax County Police have located a missing man last seen Monday and who has a cognitive impairment.
UPDATE: Richard Hood has been found, police say.
LINCOLNIA, VA — A senior alert has been issued by Virginia State Police for a missing man in the Lincolnia area.
Richard Edward Hood, 81, was last seen around 4:30 p.m. at his home on Meeting House Way in Lincolnia and 6 p.m. in the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike. According to Fairfax County Police, Hood has a cognitive impairment, and being missing is a threat to his health and safety.

Hood is described as 6 foot, 170 pounds with hazel eyes and gray hair. He may have been last seen wearing a gray button-up shirt, khaki pants and white sneakers.
