Suspect Charged with Murder in Hybla Valley Case: Police
Two callers contacted police to let them know that Andre Curtis Wilkins, 21, of Waldorf, Md., was in Hybla Valley.

Detectives obtained and served a warrant Friday, Dec. 11, charging Andre Curtis Wilkins with the murder of Marquel Davis.

Wilkins was previously charged (on Dec. 4) in the malicious wounding of a 27-year-old man.
Wilkins was already incarcerated in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center at the time of the murder charge.
