FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — A water main break closed the southbound lanes of Richmond Highway near Groveton on Friday, causing significant traffic delays, according to Fairfax County police.
The closure is in effect at Richmond Highway and Popkins Lane while repair crews work to fix the damaged water main.
