West Potomac HS Prepares to Host Famous Dancer

West Potomac High School is preparing to give local dancers a taste of Hollywood.

The school’s dance team will be hosting accomplished dancer Paul McGill for a workshop on August 21 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the high school’s auditorium, according to the event’s Facebook page.

McGill has appeared in a variety of major films as a dancer, including “Man on Wire,” “Meet Dave,” and “Fame.”

He’s also appeared in the TV series “Victorious” and “Smash,” in addition to several Broadway shows.

The class will open for kids in grades 7-12, and will cost $40 to register.
