Hutchison Elementary School Celebrates Excellent Behavior

Upon recent completion of a cafeteria PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) incentive called "Harvesting Good Behavior," Hutchison Elementary School students were treated to a popcorn party during their lunch period.

In order to participate in the celebration, classes needed to exhibit good behavior 20 out of 25 days.  There were four criteria upon which the students were judged:  using quiet voices, walking, sitting in their seats, and keeping their areas clean.  These criteria correlate with the student and staff expectations that are part of PBIS.
