New Sexual Assault Charge Filed Against Herndon Massage Therapist

HERNDON, VA — Herndon Police Department filed an additional charge against a Leesburg man for sexually assaulting a woman while he was working as a massage therapist at a town business, according to the weekly crime report. Police also charged two Herndon men with sexual assault in two separate incidents.

On June 30, Herndon Police filed an additional charge of aggravated sexual battery against Zachary Nelson Guzman-Orellana, 39, of Leesburg. He was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

To date, four charges have been filed against Guzman-Orellana, who was originally arrested on April 21 and charged with aggravated sexual battery by a therapist. At the time of the incident, police said he was performing his duties as a massage therapist in Herndon.

Acting on Herndon Police warrants on May 4, Leesburg officers also charged Guzman-Orellana with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration.

Additional victims and witnesses came forward since Guzman-Orellana's previous arrests, according to the crime report. Police ask anyone who may be a victim or has information about this case to call 703-435-6846.

HPD arrested Carlos Salvador Morales Lopez, 55, of Herndon, on June 28, and charged him with aggravated sexual battery. The victim in the case told police that Lopez was giving her a massage in the 800 block of Sycamore Court when he sexually assaulted her. Police took Lopez to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.

Herndon Police also arrested 26-year-old Milton Ernesto Alvarez Martinez of Herndon on June 30. They charged Martinez on three counts each of forcible rape, sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery against a juvenile victim who was known to him. Martinez is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
