IDI Completes Construction on Final Condominium at Lansdowne Woods of Virginia

Lansdowne, Va. - Arlington-based IDI has completed construction on the award-winning community it began in 1995 with the completion of The Overlook, its final enclave of seven luxury condominium homes at Lansdowne Woods of Virginia, formerly known as Leisure World of Virginia. The rustic contemporary structure that formerly housed the active adult community’s sales and exhibit center has been converted into seven unique condominium homes with sweeping golf course and water views. Five homes were presold; the two homes currently available include the three-bedroom, three-bath home with its private terrace, private elevator, fireplace, gallery and covered parking. Also available is a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath home that can be purchased furnished or unfurnished.
