Leesburg Police Make Arrest In Malicious Wounding Investigation

Leesburg, VA – On Sunday, December 6, 2020 at approximately 4:38 PM, Leesburg Police Officers were called to a residence in southwest Leesburg for a report of an assault with a knife. Upon arrival, officers located two adult victims outside of the residence uninjured. They advised that the suspect and an adult female were still located inside of the residence.

Officers entered the residence and located an adult female victim suffering from a stab wound to her abdomen. Officers assisted the female victim to an ambulance. Officers then located the male suspect in a bedroom and took him into custody without incident. The adult female victim was transported by Loudoun County Fire Rescue to a local hospital with moderate injuries. Subsequent to the investigation, 37 year old Leesburg resident Herve Bouhan, was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated malicious wounding and two counts of assault. He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond. The investigation revealed that the suspect and the three victims were all known to each other.
