Loudoun's Vaccination Clinic To Close In August
Loudoun County's coronavirus vaccine clinic, located at Dulles Town Center in Sterling, will shutter its doors in August, the county said.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Loudoun County's coronavirus vaccine clinic at Dulles Town Center in Sterling will close next month. Tuesday, Aug. 24 will be the last day to receive a vaccine at the clinic.
Officials also announced that the clinic's hours of operation will change beginning on Tuesday, July 27. In a news release, the Loudoun County government said the altered hours and planned closure are a result of decreased demand and increase in vaccine accessibility at partner pharmacies across the county.
To receive both doses of the Pfizer vaccine at the Dulles Town Center clinic, residents must have their first shot no later than Aug. 3. For the Moderna vaccine, residents would have to receive the first shot by July 27 in order to receive their second shot at the clinic.

Anyone who receives the first dose of either vaccine after that date will need to receive a second vaccine dose from another provider. The Loudoun County government said it would provide information to people on where they can receive their second dose after the clinic closes.
