Police: Jogger Assaulted along North King Street
Woman described the suspect and his vehicle in Wednesday morning incident, according to Leesburg City Police. One of two assaults this week.

A female jogger was assaulted in the area of Ida Lee Park on Wednesday morning, according to Leesburg Police.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s office also reported an assault on a female jogger in the Lansdowne area early Thursday. Read more.
At 6:10 a.m. Wednesday, the woman was jogging along Battlefield Parkway when she said that a man driving a dark Nissan Versa ran her off the roadway.

While later running along North King Street, she observed the same vehicle parked on Bridgette Place, according to Leesburg Police.
The victim stated that as she was running near Ida Lee Drive, when a male subject, approximately 5’-5” wearing a hooded sweatshirt, with the hood covering his head, ran by her and grabbed her on her buttocks.

She told police the man continued to run north along King Street and turned into Bridgette Place.
Officers responded to the area and were unable to locate the suspect or the vehicle.
