LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who threw a rock at a vehicle during an apparent road rage incident Wednesday night in the area of Charles Town Pike and Route 7 in Paeonian Springs, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.Around 10:30 p.m., the victim passed a vehicle on Route 9, whereupon the vehicle started following the victim. Shortly thereafter, the driver of the vehicle threw a rock at the victim's vehicle. The driver was described as white, and driving a silver two-door Volvo.
