Willard Middle School Students win 1st and 2nd place in Virginia SAR Brochure Contest

Students from Willard Middle School in Aldie won 1st and 2nd place in the Virginia SAR 2025-2026 brochure contest. The 1st place brochure by Ineya Zaman was sent to the National Society SAR Brochure contest chairman for competition against entries from all other SAR Societies representing all U.S. States, territories, and several countries. The Virginia SAR Brochure contest chairman remarked that this year's winner was the best he has seen in several years administering the contest.

Representing the Sgt Maj John Champe Chapter was President Barry Schwoerer. Representing the George Washington Chapter was Treasurer Marty Johnson.
