6th Annual Veterans Day Parade in Manassas Nov. 8

Flags will fly high at The 6th Annual Greater Manassas Veterans Day Parade this Saturday, Nov. 8. The parade kicks off at 11 a.m.

Veterans Day is Tuesday, Nov. 11.

The parade will include military and high school bands, a pipe and drum team, dance groups and military units. The parade pays tribute to all Veterans and active members of the military in the Manassas area. This year will give special honors to Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans.

The parade will start in Historic Manassas at the intersection of Quarry Road and Prescott Ave. It will travel south and then west on Center St. and end on West St.
