Animal Shelter Tree Lighting Saturday, Dec. 6

The annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Animal Shelter, located at 14807 Bristow Road in Manassas.

The outdoor event, sponsored by the Prince William Humane Society, offers fun activities for you, your family and your dogs. Features include:

• cookies and hot cocoa;
• make-your-own holiday decorations;
• take photos with your pet;
• a Christmas carol sing-along;
• play time on the agility equipment for dogs;
• games to play with your dogs; and
• meet the Shelter’s dog trainers.
