Decisive Communications Presents Success of New Mobile Apps at Northern Virginia Damage Prevention Committee Meeting

Frederick-based telecommunications firm has developed apps that improve efficiency, ensure accuracy

Frederick, MD - Decisive Communications, a turn-key solution based organization that provides a full suite of services in the telecommunications industry, presented to the Northern Virginia Damage Prevention Committee on Friday, June 5, explaining how its technicians have become more efficient, accurate and safe using mobile apps the company has recently developed.

As a result of efforts by Decisive Communications to incorporate smart device technology into all facets of its business, the company recently developed four apps to improve everyday workflow, for both iOS and Android smart devices. The apps, used by the company’s technicians, have in just months led to reduced service times, better customer communication and increased efficiency and accuracy in the field.

Jacquelyn Politoske, Director of Business Operations, Compliance and Assurance for Decisive Communications, presented these recent innovations and successes to NOVEC at its meeting on June 5.
