Man Brazenly Fires Gun From Residence In Nokesville: Police
A man was arrested Thursday after brazenly and repeatedly firing a handgun out a bedroom window in Nokesville: Prince William County Police.

NOKESVILLE, VA—A man was arrested Thursday night after brazenly and repeatedly firing a handgun out a bedroom window following an argument in the 9700 block of Daniel Court, according to Prince William County Police. Harold Eugene Lewis, 42, of the aforementioned address, was charged with reckless handling of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a firearm within 100 yards of an occupied dwelling.
Around 7 p.m., police responded to the residence for a shots fired call. The caller said Lewis became agitated with the other people in the residence and went to his room. Shortly thereafter, two gunshots were heard and police were contacted. They found Lewis fired toward an open field outside the window. Two holes were found in the screen. Lewis is being held without bond.
