Manassas Veterans Day: Museum to Host Veteran and Author Robert Dorr

Robert F. Dorr, U.S. Air Force Veteran and author of 75 books on aviation and military history, will be at the Manassas Museum on Nov. 8. Dorr will sign his World War 2 books from 12-4 p.m. following the Veterans Day Parade.

Veterans Day is Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014.

The museum will be free for all veterans and active military on Nov. 8, 9 and 11. Echoes, the museum store, will also offer a 10 percent discount for veterans and active members of the military on those days. Historic military artifacts will be showcased in the gallery, and military vehicles and historical interpreters will be on the lawn.
