New Red Light Camera Location Added At Manassas Intersection
The latest red light camera has been set up and will later begin issuing $50 fines after the warning period.

MANASSAS, VA — The City of Manassas has added a new red light camera location, which started a 30-day warning period on Saturday.
The red light camera is located at the Liberia and Mathis Avenues intersection. Manassas Police said studies showed a history of crashes and violations at the intersection.
After the 30-day warning period, enforcement of red light violations at the intersection will begin on Dec. 1. Manassas police officers will review recordings to confirm a violation occurred before a citation is sent to the registered vehicle owner. The fine is a $50 civil penalty and does not impact driver's license points.
