A responding officer located Stanko’s vehicle in the area of Sudley Road near Rolling Road and attempted to pull it over. Stanko ignored the emergency lights on the officer’s cruiser, made an abrupt U-turn and continued to flee on Sudley Road.

Stanko’s vehicle eventually came to a stop in the Manaport Shopping Plaza, and he was detained without further incident. Officers found a handgun in Stanko’s vehicle following his arrest, and he was determined to be intoxicated. No injuries or property damage were reported.
