Police: Rape Suspect Is At Large
Local man fled scene Sunday when confronted, say Manassas City police.

Manassas police are looking for a local man accused of sexually abusing his girlfriend’s daughter.
Noe Francisco Raymundo Cedillo, 33, fled the scene on foot when police confronted him Sunday at his residence, according to a city police announcement.

Police responded at about 2:15 p.m. to a report of a fight at a residence in the 9200 block of Taney Road. An investigation revealed that Cedillo was sexually abusing his live-in girlfriend’s minor female daughter “for a period of time,” according to the announcement.

Cedillo is described as a Hispanic male, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
