Prince William Police Asks For Help In Locating Missing Adult
The person made concerning statements during a phone conversation before turning off his cell phone, according to the police.
MANASSAS, VA — The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public's help locating Quinton Dawan Moore. A police investigation found that Moore was last seen in the 8300 block of Sudley Road in the Manassas area of Prince William County at about 1 a.m. on Nov. 30. He made concerning statements during a phone conversation before turning off his cell phone.
The police said Moore's residence is currently unknown. He is believed to be missing under voluntarily circumstances and may need assistance, which the police explained qualifies him as endangered.
