Students Are Invited to Military Academy Day

Students who live in the 10th Congressional District are invited to learn about a career in the armed forces at the 10th annual Military Academy Day.

The free event, hosted by U.S. Rep. Barbara Comstock, will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Loudoun County Public Schools administration building, 21000 Education Court in Ashburn.

Representatives from all of the service academies — Army, Navy, Air Force, Merchant Marine and Coast Guard — will attend. Representatives from the Marine Corps ROTC program, Virginia Army National Guard, Virginia Military Institute, Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets and the Citadel have been invited.
