Teen Suspect Arrested in Sudley Road Stabbing Near Manassas

The 15-year-old suspect in a stabbing earlier this month is now in custody, according to Prince William County Police.

On Tuesday, police announced that the suspect was apprehended last week and charged with aggravated malicious wounding, assault and battery and gang participation. He is being held at the Juvenile Detention Facility.

On Oct. 10, police responded at 5:55 p.m. to the 7600 block of Sudley Road in Manassas. The victim, a 22-year-old Manassas man, had a stab wound to the upper body.

An investigation revealed the suspect had allegedly pulled out a knife during an altercation and stabbed the victim, according to police.

On Oct. 14, police say they suspect was located leaving a home in the Coverstone Drive area. He was detained without incident.
