Tobacco Hut Burglarized In Manassas, Suspects At Large: Police

The Prince William County Police Department is looking for a pair of men who broke into the Tobacco Hut on Sudley Road in Manassas.

MANASSAS, VA — Police are looking for two men who broke into the Tobacco Hut in Manassas on Thursday morning, the Prince William County Police Department said in a report. Authorities said the men stole medication and merchandise from the store.

The burglary was reported to police around 2 a.m. on Thursday morning. An employee of the store, which is located at 7440 Sudley Road in Manassas, told police that they heard a loud noise towards the front of the store.

When they checked security cameras, the employee saw two men smashing a glass display case. The men then took merchandise from the shattered case, according to the police report.

The men then fled the store on foot, police said. A police K-9 responded to the area to search for the suspects, who were not located.

The suspects are described as white men in their 20s. One suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white logo and black Nike Air Force One Shoes. The other suspect was wearing a black jacket, a grey hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black and white Vans shoes.
