Traffic Alert: Route 28 Nighttime Closures Continue This Weekend
VDOT says detour will be in place in Bristow during storm sewer work.
Route 28 (Nokesville Road) between Bristow Village Boulevard and Battalion Square will again be closed in both directions Friday and Sunday nights so that crews can continue storm sewer line work, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

- 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday
- 10 p.m. Sunday to 4 a.m. Monday
Traffic will be detoured via Fitzwater Drive, Kettle Run Road and Vint Hill Road.
