2 Great American Restaurant Group Eateries Open In Tysons

Best Buns Bakery & Cafe and Patsy's American are now open next to each other in Tysons.

TYSONS, VA—Two new restaurants from Great American Restaurants Group have debuted in Tysons. Best Buns Bakery & Cafe opened on May 25 at 8051 Leesburg Pike while Patsy's American opened on May 31 next door, according to social media posts.

Best Buns is a spinoff of the Shirlington location offering breakfast, sandwiches, artisan breads, burgers, baked goods and more. The business donates 1 percent of bread sales to Youth for Tomorrow, which provides services for at-risk youth. Hours are 6 a.m.-9 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m.-9 p.m. on weekends.

Patsy's American, named after founder Randy Norton's wife, and features some of Great American Restaurants' favorite dishes, according to Eater DC. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner and is open from 11 a.m.-2 a.m.

The Northern Virginia-based Great American Restaurants also operates Mike's American, Artie's, Jackon's, Sweetwater Tavern, Ozzie's Good Eats, Carlyle and Silverado. A third restaurant will join Best Buns and Patsy's American in Tysons. Randy’s Prime Seafood & Steaks, could open in July, Eater DC reported.
