Assault by Mob Reported at Tysons Corner Center

Fairfax County Police responded to a report of an assault by mob in a parking lot at Tysons Corner Center last weekend.

Authorities received a call that a victim had been assaulted by a group of men in a parking lot outside TGI Fridays at the shopping mall. The incident occurred early morning on Saturday, Aug. 8, at approximately 1:30 a.m.

The suspects fled the scene before police could arrive, but the victim was able to give a description of the suspects to police.

The suspects were said to be Hispanic. Two of them stood 5-foot-9 and weighed approximately 150 pounds. They all had black hair. One was wearing a tank top and blue jeans. Another was wearing a long sleeve black shirt and blue jeans.

The case is still under investigation.
