After Stone Bridge got out to an three-point lead over McLean after one quarter last week, guard Gordon Rogo took over. He scored 29 points as the Highlanders outscored the Bulldogs by 16 the rest of the way, en route to a 60-47 win.
Rogo's efforts earned him McLean Patch's Athlete of the Week.
"It was a big win, and coach said if we did well, this is where the district starts to separate," Rogo said.

Rogo, along with teammate Thomas Van Wazer, are doing all they can to keep McLean competitive in the Liberty District. Behind league-leading Langley, the district is wide open.
