Event Details
The Civitan Community Flea Market was born in 1986 and in the ensuing years has become the "mother" of all flea markets in the local community. Located in the I66 garage in North Arlington at 15th and North Quincy Streets on the first Saturday of each month from April thru November and in cooperation with the Arlington County Government this event provides residents a public venue to recycle used goods. Community members may rent a 9’ by 18” space for $20 to sell used household items.
Every dollar made at the Civitan Flea Market, from the sale refreshments, goes to support the causes espoused by Civitan, which of the rental spaces to vendors and the monies made from the sale of focus on helping people with developmental disabilities. these include SPARC, Endependence Center of Northern Virginia, Community Services, Inc. and Lift Me Up.
