Walk, Talk & Connect with AARP Virginia

Take a step toward better health and connect with others! This free, community-friendly walking program brings people together in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each gathering is simply a comfortable walk you can enjoy at your own pace. After our walk, all are welcome to stay and have coffee together.

Everyone is welcome, all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Each session lasts about 45 minutes and is designed to help you move, breathe and enjoy meaningful conversation along the way. It’s a wonderful way to stay active, connect with neighbors and make new friends.

We meet on the second Thursday of every month at 9 a.m. Join us at Tysons Galleria. Meet in atrium near the escalators closest to Neiman Marcus on the ground floor.
