City Works Eatery And Pour House To Open In Tysons
The restaurant will have an outdoor bar and a variety of beers—and wine—on draft.

TYSONS, VA—City Works, an eatery and pour house operated by Chicago-based Bottleneck Management, will open its first Virginia location in Tysons on May 28. The restaurant will be located at the base of the Capital One building at 1640 Capital One Drive North.
City Works will offer American cuisine with chefs' own twists, as well as over 90 craft beers from the local area and around the world. A dozen of these handles will be set aside for season, rare and limited brews. Guests can test beers in 6 oz samples or pre-scheduled flights.
Beer isn't the only thing you'll find on draft. City Works will have eight types of wine on draft, aimed at maintaining taste while being environmentally-friendly.

The food menu includes shareable appetizers such as Kung Pao cauliflower, smoked chicken wings and duck nachos, and main dishes like filet mignon sliders, smoked BBQ ribs, red grouper and ahi tuna chopped salad. Brunch will be served on weekends through 3 p.m. with dishes like stuffed french toast, short rib hash, and biscuits and gravy. Diners can choose from gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options as well.
The restaurant features inside seating for 150, 23 seats at the bar, private dining rooms with seating for 35 and 18, and 12 high-definition TVs. Outside, the patio has an outdoor bar with around 50 seats, a canopy and three TVs.

Operating hours for the Tysons location will be 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday.
