INDECENT EXPOSURE, 8000 block of Leesburg Pike, 9/27/13, 9:37 a.m. A 48-year-old woman was walking inside a parking garage, when a man exposed himself. The victim fled and called the police. The suspect was described as in his 20s, about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall.
