Update: Missing Elderly Man Returned Home
UPDATE: The missing 81-year-old man was found in Fairfax City around 8 p.m. and returned to his family in good health.
(Updated 8:45 p.m. Wednesday) MCLEAN, VA -- An 81-year-old McLean area man missing since Tuesday was found in Fairfax City 8 p.m. Wednesday. He has been reunited with his family and is in good health, Fairfax County police said.
James W. Conrad had last been seen at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday near Lee Highway and Gallows Road in Merrifield, south of the Dunn Loring Metro. A family member that reported Conrad missing at 10 p.m. said Conrad has health-related issues and needs medication.

Conrad was described as white, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds. He has gray hair, blue eyes and should be wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a navy blue windbreaker, blue pants, brown leather shoes and wire-rimmed glasses. His truck is a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with Virginia license plate number KMY-1266.
