This is a highly popular and effective etiquette class for children ages 8-12 years. In the first class, kids prepare a variety of foods, then sit and enjoy the rewards of their labor while discussing the concepts and rules of manners and etiquette. The second class includes a four-course meal served restaurant style while the kids’ dining etiquette is critiqued by Chef Joel in a fun and productive manner. Class One: Pepperoni and Cheese Pizzas • Tomato Sauce • Scandinavian Sugar Cookies • Common Courtesy • Manners and Etiquette 101 • Guest and Host. Class Two: Bread and Butter Basket • Vegetable Soup • Salad • Roasted Chicken • Rice • Vegetable • Napoleons Manners and Etiquette 102. Recipes and handouts will be presented at the end of Class Two.
