Our outdoor classroom isn't just fresh air and good vibes (though there's plenty of both). Moving through uneven terrain builds real strength, balance, and coordination. Small hands also get busy developing fine motor skills - whittling, weaving, and pressing fruit stamps dipped in plant dyes they made themselves.
