Two officials from Virginia Hospital Center, in Arlington, will discuss the center's new Center for Breast Health and how philanthropy has made an impact on it. The center will offer patients all necessary medical, surgical and ancillary services under one roof. The speakers will be Dr. Molly Sebastian, of the new center, and Steve Rubloff, vice president and chief development officer of the hospital.
